Refund and Returns Policy

At LoadLog, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used or damaged merchandise


3. Return Process

  1. Email loadlog@loadlog.shop with order details and reason for return

  2. Receive return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship the product to the specified address

  4. Once inspected, refund or exchange is processed


4. Refund Timing

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunded to the original payment method

  • Confirmation email sent after processing


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer preference returns: shipping costs paid by the customer

  • Defective or incorrect items: LoadLog covers shipping


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if replacement stock is available; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
